Yeah Super Bowl 2019 will headline Adam Levine, Maroon 5, Travis Scott and Big Boi, and not to mention millions of dollars in promotional funds. It might be the biggest sports entertainment event in history, but it’s nowhere as cute as Wendell, and as unique as the Kitten Bowl! Wendell, an adoptable rescue kitten, will be the highlight of the Kitten Bowl IV, which is broadcast on the Hallmark Channel.
The world got a glimpse of Kitten Bowl’s preseason matches, which featured Wendell turning heads with his exceptional performance. Some kittens go full speed and make a determined effort to execute precise deliveries, but Wendell prefers to take things slow. And man, does the kitten look amazing with this kind of play style! If you want to watch the kitten’s trademark ‘lean move’, try tuning in on Kitten Bowl, which will be broadcast live, on Sunday, Feb. 3, at 2 p.m. ET, on Hallmark Channel.
Similar to the previous event last year, all felines participating in the Kitten Bowl are adoptable cats from various shelters in different parts of the US. Beth Sternwill will host the exciting event alongside Dean Cain, Rodney Peete, Rashad Jennings and Boomer Esiason. If you find the Kitten Bowl too “minor” of a league, you can also watch the first annual Cat Bowl from Hallmark Channel, which will be aired on Feb. 2, at 10 p.m. ET.
All of the adoptable feline participants in the tournament are more than a year old. This means that they are bigger, faster and more experienced. And lastly, you can also watch the two feline-packed specials with the perfect sneak peak to Sunday’s Super Bowl event.
