Bradley Cooper’s acting career didn’t take off overnight, and it took him some time to become the superstar he is today. He did, however, find love with successful actress Jennifer Esposito. They became engaged in October of 2006 and were married in December of that year in the south of France.
Sadly, the two never made it much past the honeymoon. By May 2007, they had filed for divorce, and it was finalized that November. “It was just something that happened,” Cooper said when talking about the marriage. “The good thing is, we both realized it. Sometimes you just realize it.”
Daniel Day-Lewis – Rebecca Miller
There has never been a dull moment in Daniel Day-Lewis' illustrious career. In 1996, while working on the film adaptation of "The Crucible," the three-time Best Actor winner visited Arthur Miller, who wrote the play. While at his house, he met his daughter Rebecca, and the two fell in love.
They were married a year later and have two sons, Ronan and Cashel. Rebecca is also the stepmother of Daniel’s son Gabriel, who he had with French actress and singer Isabelle Adjani. They are still together, and both are busy in Hollywood, Daniel acts, and Rebecca acts, writes, and directs.
Will Smith – Sheree Zampino
Actor Will Smith went to the set of the TV Show "A Different World" to meet Jada Pinkett but ended up missing her and going home with Sheree Zampino’s number instead. The two married in 1992 and had one son but divorced only three years later. Zampino has said, "Our marriage ended because we were so young... It's just a lot of responsibility. Marriage is not easy. Especially at that age."
Sheree has repeatedly denied claims of abuse and infidelity that were published about Smith in the tabloids. She remains friendly with Will and his current wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. Zampino has since married and divorced football player Terrell Fletcher.
Kurt Russell – Goldie Hawn
Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn’s relationship is one of the most long-running and admired in Hollywood. They began dating in 1983 and, despite never getting married, have been together ever since. They starred in four movies together, "The One and Only," "Genuine," "Original Family Band," "Swing Shift," "Overboard," and 'The Christmas Chronicles."
Kurt and Goldie have one child together, and he helped raise her two children. He also has a son from a previous marriage. Both of Hawn’s children, Kate and Oliver Hudson, are working actors. Most notably though, Russell and Hawn have proven you don't need to tie the knot to be in love forever.
Jim Carrey – Lauren Holly
While auditioning for the film "Ace Ventura," Jim Carrey met fellow actress Lauren Holly. Jim got the role, but Holly didn’t. They met again on the set of "Dumb and Dumber" and began dating. They were together for almost two years before tying the knot in 1996.
Their marriage, however, was short-lived, and they filed for divorce after only nine months. They blame the excessive media attention for making their relationship impossible. Carrey was in many famous relationships since then but has never remarried, while Holly was married again, had three children, and divorced for the third time in 2014.
