Can anybody see the bride? We think she got a little confused about the color of the dress she had to choose. It's not that hard to make as all you need is a traditional white gown and some black dye, however, we’re really wondering the type of bride who would want this for her big day.
What do you think the groom will be wearing? Will he go for the obvious suit, or will he surprise us with a white one? We will never know.
Extravaganza
No, it's not someone getting ready for Halloween or a fancy dress party. This is, in fact, a bride on her wedding day. She deliberately put a horn on the front of her head. Yep, that’s one bride believing she is a unicorn.
This bride’s going to have a good time on her wedding day, that’s for sure. Would we choose this for our wedding gown? Probably not, but hey, if it makes her happy, then the groom’s happy.
Toilet Paper the Bride!
Often the bride finds it difficult to use the restroom on her big day, with the maid of honor usually given the duty of assisting with bathroom duties.
But not for these brides! They can simply lose a few inches on their dress! This picture is from a bridal contest for who could craft the most creative dress out of toilet paper.
The One With the Mask
2020 left us with many memories, one of them being the facemask. This Chinese dress designer decided to turn her lemons into lemonade and designed this unique dress made from... You got it, face masks.
We hope there is some cotton or silk embroidery between the mask layers as we're not sure the bride who will wear this will find the gown particularly comfortable. One thing is for sure; she will remain safe!
Whose Side Are You On?
After seeing this dress, you just know you have seen them all. Is there anyone in the room who can honestly say this doesn't look like a dress that's been ripped apart and then manually put back together by a kid?
Some may say it's all got to do with fashion and that one must move together with time. However, we say enough is enough, and someone has to rethink this all over.
Higher Than Your Wedding Day!
Well, no one wants to be down and depressed on their wedding day, that’s for sure. Is this bride unhappy about marrying someone shorter than her? Not at all, and she is making an effort to show how pleased she is to the camera.
Sometimes taller brides wear flat shoes or ask the groom to wear hidden heels, but not this one. She is proud and tall beside her loved one.
The Golden Girl
Picture this. 1985 and Dorothy is getting married. We know there are scriptwriters and producers, actors, and an audience. However, we just couldn't ignore this dress. We can handle the overall look, but we have issues with those things at the front.
Is it a cut tube? Does it have water running down to refresh the bouquet? These were the 1980s, and anything was acceptable back then. Besides, Dorothy was a Golden Girl. She could wear whatever she wanted.
Super Bride
With this stoic pose and her neck almost pulling out her head, it's unique. Again, we’re hoping this is some sort of party costume or party trick, but hey, maybe she’s just a bit of a comic book nerd! And we wouldn’t be surprised if this superhero twist got the groom all flustered!
The dress itself is quite ok, and even the bride could be considered pretty to some, but then looking at the many left-behind layers of fabric, we’re not exactly sure the designer was fully concentrated when working on this.
Bikini Bride
Although this is a bikini that doesn't resemble a dress in any way, some women out there consider this to be their wedding gown. Don't ask, we don't get it either. Now on second thought, maybe the short white fringe's, in fact, the dress, and all she got wrong was the size?
And what part do we like best? We don't. We suggest wearing this on one of the beaches on your honeymoon and choosing something a bit more... dressy... on the big day.
What Did One Autumn Leaf Say to Another? I’m Falling for You!
Next on our list is a pumpkin-loving bride and groom. We’re willing to bet that they both share a love for the color orange. With a classic wedding dress and an extra large pumpkin headpiece, ironically, this isn’t even what we’re most concerned about.
What’s most concerning is the groom and the fact that he can't see who he is actually marrying. With that shocking orange pumpkin on their heads, it could be anyone.
Who Cares About the Dress When You Can Go Undressed?!
Traditionally, brides are expected to be modest and ladylike without showing too much flesh. But this bride certainly is not going by the book – in fact, she’s thrown it right out the window! To this bride, it seems that she’s more interested in showing her body art than covering it up.
Maybe she believes in “what you see is what you get”? Anyway, while the dress is uh…minimalistic and certainly not as gaudy as others, perhaps it is better suited to a nightclub than for participating in the sacrament of holy matrimony.
Training Bride
This bride took exercise and training all the way. She was serious when she said she never missed a practice. Was it so hard to do your run, go back home, wash and then prepare for the big day?
Well, as it turns out, she wasn't exercising at all. Her lift to the chapel never showed up, and there was no alternative but to make her way to the ceremony... on foot.
Ten Dresses Put into One
This dress is a perfect example of what happens when you take several dresses, detach one element from each one, bring them together, and create a collage. Voilà. There you have it. The 2013 summer collection is ready to be worn by some bizarre brides.
This dress is perfect for the lazy. No need to hold the bouquet, no need to push the veil from your face as it is not even attached to the head. Overall, this is a very modern creation.
For the Trés Chic Bride
As your eyes start from her feet all the way up to the boat neckline and cap sleeve, you notice something’s a little off. Actually, maybe a lot. Something here looks like it’s from the Star Wars universe or the depths of the Mariana trench, we’re still debating. It’s as far away from mesh as possible and closer to rings of plastic tubing.
While this look is “runway” and might not be for everybody, surely some chic bride will buy into the designer’s spiel and don it for her wedding day. Avant-garde or not, our visions of bridalwear are being challenged to the absolute limit!
And It's Spring
Although this dress is something that no bride will ever wear, and although some may say it is the weirdest gown they have ever set their eyes on, there is something about this design that we like.
The dress sits perfectly on the model, the light green color spreads calmness and freshness, and even the strange branches falling from her head...well, we can't get our eyes off them!
Drop Dead Gorgeous!
Okay, so despite the gloomy weather, gothic handmaiden, and, um... skeleton makeup, this is actually quite a pretty gown! Holding a single red rose, this bride’s look is pretty much poetry. Swathed in ivory silk with a train almost floating behind her, we’re actually really digging this.
Gliding around the streets, this solemn figure is the ghost bride of any goth guy’s dreams! No doubt, her groom will make for a rather dapper man of the undead. Does this, then, mean it’s unholy matrimony?
Pretty Peacock Pride
This model is putting her whole self in — she has really jumped into character and is presenting this remarkable design with grace and sophistication. NOT!!!
Name one bride who would be willing to wear this. No one would be caught dead in this inexcusable creation. Yes, yes, modern art and creativity and all that, but please, Jean-Paul Gaultier, take this peacock back to the zoo.
Cult Rituals
We're not exactly sure what "flavor" of wedding would best suit this dress, but something tells us it belongs to a community somewhere far off the grid.
Between that full-faced head covering and the table-like shape that is probably housing some sort of sacrificial platform (not to mention that embroidery,) this is not a wedding you want to be a part of.
Rose Princess
This woman clearly wanted a rose-themed dress, but she wasn't even going to settle for a mere rose design. Authenticity is the name of the game and real roses are the way to go.
We got to hand it to the makers of this seriously unique dress, which must have taken a lot of work. Let's hope that the ceremony was rather quick and she didn't wilt away as the hours passed.
All Corners of the Globe
Getting married is a momentous occasion, one that symbolizes the start of a new journey with your life partner — a long, long journey. In fact, if you were to measure your time together, it would be as long as this dress.
That's probably what this bride had in mind when picking out her dress. In order to truly show the lengths of her love for her new groom, she got the train to match.
Chasing Train
Tying the knot (generally) puts an end to those single wild days as you settle down "til death do you part." But in this case, the groom is nowhere in sight and maybe still trailing behind.
If this bride is trying to play hard to get, then it is working. Swimming through that endless gown, her groom will never catch up.
Shotgun Wedding
Every design has a story behind it. Beautiful Gigi Hadid wears this dress...how should we put it....if the dress was perfect, then she would have worn it to perfection.
It looks as if there is more fabric on the veil than on the dress, and overall it resembles a pavlova decorated with baby's-breath and a touch of a black marker on the legs.
"Royal Wedding"
Millions around the world were glued to the televised royal wedding, as expected. The special day is one of the biggest events in British culture and the west at large. Of course, many are only too happy to try to recreate it for their own weddings.
Good luck trying to get your hands on those regal suits and dresses. These folks just painted them onto their bodies, with some tweaks, of course. It's an interesting look that would make the Windsors green with envy.
The Blow-Up
It appears that not everyone gets to pick their own wedding dress. It's reasonable to assume that if you're the bride, and it's your day, you're going to pick your own dress.
That is unless Givenchy is responsible for the design, you get married in the fall, and you end up with a bunch of dried twigs on your head.
Rolling On
It's great when fashion reaches new heights, creating beautiful garments with never-before-used materials. That's what fashion design is really all about. Until this happens.
While there is something impressive and even beautiful about this dress, we can't shake the fact that it's just a bunch of toilet paper rolls. The effect is cool, but could they not have used something else?
Extra Winter Wedding
It's unclear when this wedding is about to take place. It is clear that the dress was designed to suit a spring or summer event; however, the winter hand muff somehow has nothing to do with the design.
The result: a unique wedding dress you can wear in the spring, summer, or winter, bearing in mind the flowers won't make it after the first snowfall.
Mrs. Daisy
There are women out there who have worn wedding dresses that have been passed down from the previous generation. This is a beautiful thing and can even signify the secret behind a long and happy marriage. Then there are women who wear dresses made of flowers.
Aside from this special look, we don't have much faith in these flowers lasting through the "I do" part of the ceremony. And if you're marrying someone in a flower dress, we must question your taste, to begin with.
The Unicorn
This woman chose to reinvent the veil by donning a horrific unicorn mask. We thought unicorns were so supposed to be magical and beautiful creatures, but this one looks like it might be in need of a trip to the vet.
It could also be a cunning way to pull the old wedding "switcheroo," with the real bride mysteriously nowhere to be seen. This is why you need a simple, see-through veil.
Wedding Pants
Now seriously. If you wanted to wear a pair of pants as your wedding gown (which you are entitled to do), then why bother with the extra piece of fabric covering them all up?
This could have worked really well, and we are big supporters of brides in pants, but there's a time in life when you just have to make up your mind.
“This Is MY (Bridal) Swamp!”
This bride truly embraced her inner ogre. When an animation comes to life, it’s surely something to ogle! With the possibility that the pair spent more than a few hours in the make-up chair, that’s certainly commitment – not only to each other but to the theme!
This beautifully green pair is certainly beaming… no doubt walking down the aisle to wedded bliss…and maybe even a castle far, far away. But then again, if they’re true to their characters, the only place they can call home sweet home is Shrek’s swamp in the woods!
The Headliner
If you want your wedding to make the papers but find that you have not been getting the attention you wanted, just wear the papers instead. And seeing as recycling is all the rage, you'll probably make a major fashion statement.
Our only concern is the crinkling and rustling sounds you'll make as you walk down the aisle. That's gotta be awkward to watch, though you can always drown it out with some heavy organ playing. Sound like a real fairytale wedding.
Metamorphosis
Marriage is a major step for everyone. This dress tells us that tying the knot is a lot like that precious moment when the little caterpillar transforms into a beautiful fluttering butterfly.
Like with the butterfly, the metamorphosis allows the newly winged creature to be free, where it can happily hop around from flower to flower. Yes, this is certainly the perfect analogy for marriage.
Going Green
If you're into trash, then this is the wedding dress for you. Not sure if the bride actually paid someone for the design or if she collected old plastic bags from friends and dumpsters.
Has this been an ongoing project for her whole life where she has been methodically setting aside whatever she could for the big day? Was there a separate wedding dress pantry all along? And what will be done with this dress afterward? So many questions.
Thinking Outside the Box
There's a lot to say about this one. One thing that comes to mind is the alien from the movie "Alien" starring Sigourney Weaver. It's that whole drooping crane that really screams, "I'm not from this planet."
If you're unfamiliar, then perhaps you're seeing some sort of cage. We really do not know. Clearly, a lot of effort went into this because that's one hardcore face harness.
It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It's... Spaghetti?
Anything goes these days. If you want to wear a red wedding dress, you can. If you prefer to wear pants and leave the dress at home, that's also ok. And if you feel that a bowl of spaghetti on your head will make your day perfect, then go for it.
We choose to ignore the unexplainable masks at the bottom of the dress as we have not fully understood the top part. Designer Michael Lau, can you explain, please?
Ready to Attract
While this dress is beautiful, it's a little bit of a shame that it can't flip up and stick up behind her like a real set of peacock feathers. The lady who wears this to her wedding doesn't have to worry about attracting anyone since she's already netted her guy.
Sadly, people who want to get near the bride will have to fan out around her in order to not trod on her dress of feathers. She'll be a pretty bird, for sure.
Quite the Interesting Feeling
It looks like this dress is made out of tons and tons of white feathers, but not so. In fact, designer Susie MacMurray used over fourteen hundred rubber gloves to make this unique and unforgettable gown. Rubber gloves are in high demand now, so we hope this was something she had been working on for a while.
At a distance, it looks great, but get in close, and you might start to get a creepy feeling with all those hands looking at you. Hopefully, wearing it doesn't have all the latex rubbing against your skin.
She'll Be the Biggest Dot at the Wedding
What is this dress made of? You got us. It looks like...eggs! Anyway, this lady made up a unique wedding dress with all those...eggs...to celebrate her big day and mark earth day. But why eggs?
We then realized that these were plastic eggs used by a Chinese designer. One thing we must ask. Doesn't plastic contradict all the principles of Earth Day?
She's Ready to Fly
This young bride looks great in a classic dress, but she seems very uncomfortable. Although she is walking on the catwalk, it looks as if she is afraid to make a wrong move and make the dress fall apart.
Could you imagine this model walking confidently and leaving behind her a trail of white flowers falling off her dress? Rehearsing for walking down the aisle, are we?
Taking It Back to Pantaloons
Get a bounce on this wedding look, which looks like it could be made out of frosted cream. There are small flower designs around the knee-length hem, as well as on the wrists and the hands.
It's a strapless design, but all the eyes will be on the lower half, which has what appears to be air intakes that the folds of the dress have created. This is hardly a traditional wedding dress, but if you're the bride and want to make sure that all eyes will be on you during your big day, this is the kind of dress you'll want to get.
The Bride Is in Bloom
The bride is the most beautiful woman at a wedding, no matter what she's wearing, what her hair looks like, or who did her makeup. It might be a bit hard to say she's beautiful if she's wearing this dress, but it's still quite an interesting design.
While, for the most part, it's pretty traditional, with wide straps and a veil, the main thrust of the dress is a huge poof of fabric that turns her into an egg. It could be used to hide a pregnancy or an unflattering belly while also getting the guests talking about your sense of style.
Ready for a Taste of Sushi
Here's another dress that is more or less traditional but has a couple of changes to it that really help it stand out. It's designed as a skiing wedding dress, so you can get married and ski at the same time if you wish.
This was taken way back in 1965 when time and money were precious and you couldn't have everything you wanted. You had to choose. This young bride had it all, though. She married the man of her dreams while sliding down the snowy slopes.
Hopping Down the Aisle
This is the kind of dress that would be number one on plenty of brides' lists if we were back a few decades, but all the poof has fallen out of favor. The wide skirt that ends above the knee goes well with thick stockings and simple shoes.
One of the biggest notes about this dress is the odd headpiece, which eschews the traditional veil and instead goes with a design that makes it look like she's late, she's late, she's very, very late.
A Bit of a Mess
We're sure that when the model slipped into this wedding dress, it looked pretty normal apart from the different layers and the different cuffs. She then walked right behind a jetliner, which got her entire outfit all rearranged. It's a shame, but we think it would have looked pretty good before it got ruined.
If you're after a wedding dress that will have people talking about it long after the wedding is over, this is the choice for you. The veil is a minimalist deal, not even covering the nose. Busting a move on the dance floor might be tough, but isn't it worth it?
Layers Upon Layers
Tailors have tough jobs sometimes. A lot of times, their hard work creates amazing pieces of fanciful party gear that look lovely, but this dress is not one of those times. There are loops and rolls of fabric on the skirt, which doesn't look all that bad, though it might be pretty heavy and hard to move around in.
On the other hand, the upper part of the dress looks like it's been sewn together as if a simple office shirt was in mind. Try again, tailors.
Ready for Her First Kiss
Yes, your Prince Charming is coming closer, until he sees you dressed in that outfit, at least. This gown goes from the neck down to the floor. We still can't figure out where it started and where it ends.
Plus, what's with the mask? Is it a wedding? Is it a fancy dress party? What is going on here, and why weren't we invited?
We Hardly Believe It Ourselves
“What could possibly be wrong about this dress?” you might be asking yourself, and for good reason. The dress and the bride inside both look perfect, but what's that behind her?
Ads for Charmin, a toilet paper brand? It turns out this dress is made entirely out of (clean, fresh) toilet paper, and maybe like ours, your eyes just popped out of your head.
Like You're Something Old AND Something New
Recycling gives us plenty of opportunities to remake something into something else without cluttering up landfills. One enterprising bride took this to a far-flung place and used old newspapers to make herself a dress. While the cut and design of the dress are good, the immense amount of shredded paper used for the train is extravagant.
Do you know the ink you get on your fingers after handling a newspaper? We'd hate to imagine what it would look like over her entire body. There might be a liner underneath the newspaper, or she might have another dress to switch to when it's time to dance.
Not Going Solo
We looked for something meaningful to say about this dress and model but couldn't come up with anything. The model is beautiful, no questions asked, and the dress....well, it's boring. There you go, we found something,
It's big, like many other dresses, it has fairytale Cinderella kind of features, and it's white. No imagination whatsoever. In fact, the ornate wall behind the model might be more interesting than the garment.
BECOME the Ball Pit
Why not take all the fun from a McDonald's play place and turn it into a wedding dress? The woman in this dress looks like she's just come from a Barbie doll modeling gig, but the fun doesn't stop there. How does she sit down or even move around?
We're not sure. But on the other hand, if she trips and falls while she's getting busy on the dance floor after her wedding, she's more than likely to just bounce right back up to her feet thanks to all the balls attached to her dress. She even has a matching purse!
Guests Can't Wait to Have Her Visit Their Table
Wedding gowns are, for the most part, for show. A few on this list have some utility, but this wineglass-carry dress is the kind of thing that guests will love. When the bride comes around, guests will have their pick of full glasses of wine.
It has a couple of downsides, though. Hugging the bride is off-limits unless you want to mess up your outfit and hers. She also can't boogie too much with her family, new or old, on the dance floor, or everyone will be slipping in the bubbly.
A Hefty Amount of Booty
When it comes to themed weddings, the rule is usually to go all out. When it comes to regular standard, all-white weddings, this is usually what you get.
Personally, we feel there is a little too much fabric at the back part of the dress, making t look as if the bride found it very difficult to part with her childhood white stuffed animal.
Old and Borrowed
According to age-old tradition, a wedding has to have something old, something blue (for some reason), something borrowed, and something new. This bride took the old part a bit too far.
Is it just us, or does it look like she took her mother's dress and altered it, so it suits the 21st century better? Or maybe this is the result of her latest arts and crafts session?
PETA Will Have a Problem
The dress this woman is wearing is actually quite lovely. A sheer outer layer with a denser inner layer that makes it look like she is in her own cocoon of beauty. The big question on all of our minds is the headdress, which does so much to draw the eye away from the rest of the outfit.
It looks like a whole family of mink might have given up their coats to make such a contraption. Does it have a use? Yes. And that is to look weird.
Fast Styles for Their Weddings
McDonald's is everywhere, but for the most part, they stay out of haute couture fashion. No longer. Now they're entering the wedding dress industry, as seen by these three bridesmaids who seem to be rocking the fast-food packaging.
With a combination of burger boxes, fry cartons, straws, and more, these dresses are special and sure to get people talking. This might not fly for some, but they seem to be enjoying it.
Time to Turn Down the Lights
What part of "Bride in White" did this one miss? The rules are simple. You can wear whatever you want as long as everything is white.
You want to be unique, you want to stand out, great, but why go to the extreme? And the least you could have done is kept the gloves white. They look as if you washed them with colored laundry, and they came out gray.
Don't Look So Blue
While most wedding dresses orbit around the traditional look that is so tried-and-true, there are plenty of styles that not only do their own thing but look great, too. But this dress is less of an example of that. It looks like her grandmother's old tablecloth.
When given this dress to wear on the catwalk, we wonder if this model had to rethink her occupation in life. She certainly looked depressed.
Nothing Like a Little Odd Shape
This beautiful bride has come up with a unique fusion for her wedding attire. Forget the dress; just use the veil and cover your entire body with it. And if possible, shape the entire thing like a triangle.
Now, this could be many things. As we said, it is a wedding dress, it can be a Halloween costume, and it can also be a white Christmas Tree. Imagination is all it takes.
Colorful, Just Like Her
The one big downside to wedding dresses for a lot of people is that they are normally just white. So this bride decided to surround herself with some men to make the look a little more interesting.
Her extravaganza dress has enough fabric to go around, and the Englishmen hats are supposed to sprinkle some style and tradition. It doesn't work.
Cake Pop
This bride must have figured she could catch two birds with one stone – wedding cake and wedding dress all in one! Her sweet dress is sure to make everyone talk about her.
By the look of it, he husband is finding it hard to let go. Can someone please tell him to stop? Because if he continues, the wedding certificate might not be the only certificate he signs that day.
Paint It Blue
Talk about tradition. This bride was probably missing her ‘something blue’ when her stylist suggested adding a splash of blue paint to her dress.
The question is, is Allen the bride's name or the groom's? And frankly, who among the guests would need a reminder to either? Anyway, this could be a beginning of a new bride-style tradition. A dress with a name... or with any name you want.
Fairy Lights
Being a fairy princess is every girl’s dream. Usually, that dream fades away as they grow older, but not this one. If there is one day in her life were she can become a fairytale princess (or something of that sort), it's going to be her wedding day.
Now it's not only the dress that is lighting up the room. With a smile like hers, there is no way of missing the bride. And anyway, a bride needs a dress to match her personality!
Purple Power
Purple is the color of royalty, and this bride knows it well. She doesn’t mind walking around in this heavy dress adorned with flower petals to let everyone know she’s royal and only the best will do.
One thing we must add, does this bride know that even if she would have worn the same dress in traditional white, there was no way no one would have noticed she was the bride?
Cinderella Bride
Barbies come in different shapes, sizes, professions, and styles. This bride obviously knows all about it, as she chose a Barbie Cinderella-themed dress. She was beautiful enough in the first place and didn't need a themed dress.
The dress is beautiful, and so is the bride, and she looks as if she has been brought straight out of a fairytale.
Don’t Come Any Closer
A dress this big comes with a statement. And that statement is – you can’t touch this. Don't come near, you can't say a word, and by the look of it, you (the groom) won't be able to kiss me after the 'I Do' part.
With all this volume, no one will be able to mess up her makeup or anything, which is great. Our only concern is how she is going to dance after the ceremony.
Bell of the Ball(oons)
This wedding dress is light as it is festive. It will stay that way as long as nobody comes close with any sharp objects. Could you imagine what the dress would look like with no air in the balloons? We prefer not to.
Good thing those balloons aren’t filled with helium. Otherwise, the bride would have been too busy floating around the room or saying ' I Do' in a very high pitch.
The Devil Wears a Wedding Dress
Who said goth people only wear black? The bride who is going to wear this dress obviously had a less-than-conventional wedding, but they didn’t give up on a gown in traditional white, giving it a gothic touch. We suggest white military boots and horns just to finish up this look.
Imagine this; a dark dungeon, hundreds of bats hanging from the ceiling, tens of goth dancers nodding their heads violently up and down, and the center of attention, one bride in white. We hate to think that the bride might not be drawing all of the attention.
Eco-Friendly
Sustainability has been the name of the game in the last few years. People recycle, reuse, and repurpose all the time. This is where the world is going.
This bride obviously cares a lot about the planet as her wedding dress is made out of paper, which is both biodegradable and recyclable. We wonder if this dress could be reused a few more years from now, and in the future, we will see her daughter in it.
A Bad Situation
Hair and makeup are essential when it comes to the Dia de Los Muertos/Day of the Dead celebration on a wedding day. This one might have needed a very good hairdresser and a lot of makeup.
With colorful flowers that would put a back garden to shame, this bride knows how to create a truly unique look. What do you think the groom is thinking?

Uncle Sam’s niece is getting married, and we all know this is the dress she’s about to wear. The only question we have here is why didn't she put any effort into her hair, makeup, and background.
It's obvious that most of the attention is going to be drawn to the stars and stripes but did this bride take into account that she will actually have to talk to some people during the big day?

The execution of this design was actually simple. The bride-to-be said to the dress designer that she wanted to look sweet, with loads of layers, and irresistible. The designer certainly hit the sweet spot.
Superfan
When she’s off her bridal duties, this bride must spend most of her free time wearing football jerseys and attending games. And no, she is not a cheerleader, she is simply a huge fan.
This groom must be so proud and loves the fact that his wife is such a sport and adores the field just as much as he does. And besides, who said your wedding dress couldn't be sporty? Go, team!
Game of Weddings
Giving us some serious "Game of Thrones" vibe, this bride perfectly mashes together Sansa Stark with John Snow. That big red hair, the furry edges, and the icy-blue stare says more "Winter is coming" than it says "I do".
We can only hope that this outfit is not as heavy as it looks so she can dance, if they even dance there in Winterfell, that is.
Being Part of the Theme
This bride’s dress is quite unique; however, we are a bit concerned the feathers will be used not only for decorating the dress. By the look of it, they can be used for decorating the wedding hall and playing a part of the theme.
If she changes her mind at the Chapple, it won't take too much for her to fly off and escape. She will leave traces of feathers scattered on the floor, leaving the groom to wonder what on earth had happened. We prefer the first option of the bride being part of the theme.
Choc-loads of Fun!
This wedding is definitely going to be full of love, sweetness, and… chocolate. Sorry, we were just describing the chocolate, not the bride. Yes, some chocolatiers labored for hours on end to create hundreds, if not thousands, of chocolate curls to adorn the wedding dress.
Not to mention the fine chocolate work on the bodice of the dress – intricate corset detail truly makes this a work of art! Seems the wedding dessert is sorted – but we still think there’s magic involved for this dress to last for 12+ hours. Plus, pretty sure you can’t sit down. Practicality fails, but it's worth it.
A Whole New World
Princess Jasmine must have been an inspiration for many young girls growing up. Having a palace and a pet tiger sound like a dream.
This bride kept drawing inspiration from Jasmine well into adulthood. Her wedding dress is ready to step on the flying carpet with her dreamy Aladdin by her side! The little girl inside us is giddy with joy.
Weather Conditions
As you know, getting married must be carefully planned. It's an incredibly detailed event. And we are not talking only about who is responsible for the flower arrangements and who is bringing the rings.
Making sure your big day doesn't fall on an extremely windy day is something that mustn't be neglected, or your wedding photo will end up looking like this.
Keeping Mosquitoes Away?
This bride is scared of her legs being bitten by mosquitoes. That much is clear. What’s not so clear is why she doesn’t mind getting mosquito bites on any other exposed part of her body.
Pink and red polka dots all over her face and neck will do no harm and might even set the trend for the next wedding season.
Priorities
You want to get your priorities right when designing your wedding dress. And there is one thing this bride insisted on having — a set of black wings. She also didn't give up any of her drama lessons, getting ready for the show of her life.
To us, this looks more like a bride trying to escape her bitter destiny and not like someone who is about to be united with the love of her life.

Under all these jewels, makeup, and heavy fabrics, there is a bride. You might need a second to see her, but don’t worry – she’s there. And the groom is there too, looking very peaceful and content.
The combined weight of everything she’s wearing must be so heavy! There is no chance this wedding involves dinner and dancing. Try eating something, let alone dancing in a wedding dress like this.
She Comes in Color
Having a traditional white dress like most brides in the world was a big no-no for this bride. She wasn't prepared to blend in with the white walls and added some interesting, colorful accessories.
With love the colors; however, we are not so keen on the geometric shapes. Couldn't a bunch of tulips do? And what's with the matching headpiece?
Orange Is My Favorite Color
Make way for the bride and groom – a couple of flaming hot Cheetos in human form! Add a spicy bowl of Doritos dip, and you're ready to go.
This bride is not only there in style but also in attitude. Wouldn’t you love to see some more of this bride's wedding photoshoot? Maybe one of her after being dipped in the dip?
Keeping Warm
Women who are always cold might as well get married in a sweater. Or better yet, a full, head-to-toe, white crochet piece completed with giant bows. Women who are not always cold are obviously free to try other options.
It’s down to the bride's choice, and all we can do is congratulate her and hope that she’s happy with it. One thing is for sure, if we had to wear something like this, we wouldn't be happy with it.
It's Silver Polka Dots
White represents purity and innocence, but let’s face it – it can get quite boring at some point. This unusual bride added exquisite silver polka dots for a pop of color, however, we feel she kind of missed it when it came to the veil.
Versace may be responsible for the design, but we feel there is someone less talented behind the execution.
The Floral Arrangement
Who needs a bouquet when there are hundreds of flowers sewn into your dress? Oh, and in case anyone has missed it, she’s wearing flowers on her head too. One thing’s for sure – this bride smells wonderful.
Maybe there was a misunderstanding between the bride, the wedding producer, and the dress designer, and initially, those flowers were supposed to be table arrangements.
More Questions Than Answers
So many questions can be asked about this picture. Why is there a beach hat on the bride's head? Is the ribbon supposed to be there? Why was this photographed? What was the designer thinking?
The few things we do know, however, are that this is taken from a 1980s catwalk (which explains everything) and it's from a spring and summer collection (don't ask).
Accessories
Either the designer was feeling extra generous that day, or he got a bit confused measuring the size of the earrings. Is it just us, or has this bride taken it all the way with those two white things on her head?
We understand that during the 1980s, fashion trends were different, however, there is being different, and there is this!
Long Train Running
One way of getting your guests to stand still and not block anyone’s view during the ceremony is to let them hold the dress’s train. Unfortunately, the train is rarely that long. With this bride, all the guests are taking part in the event.
So, if you ever have a day off with nothing really important to do, head up into town, look for a bride, groom, and a long veil, and hop on.
She Works Hard for Her Money
A wedding made of money notes? Bizzar, even if you are Naomi Campbell. We mean, what is she trying to say? Look at me; I have got so much money I don't know what to do with it.
The dress is made from sheets of newspaper and dollar bills. It's one of those things that, no matter how hard you try, just can't work.
The Trophy Wife
She’s beauty, she’s grace, she’ll say it to your face. Or, at the very least, wear a fully golden dress. Now her groom can tell everyone he’s actually won an Oscar, and instead of placing it on a shelf, she decided to wear it on her wedding day.
As if a bride in her own right doesn't draw enough attention and becomes the talk of the day, but by wearing this dress, no other guest stands a chance.
Simply the Best
Tina Turner was iconic. That fact is indisputable. Her wedding dress, however, was pretty controversial. She wore this Giorgio Armani in 2013 when she married her husband, Erwin Bach.
Terner got away with practically anything, even wearing a gown that would put Morticia Addams to shame, and she looked absolutely amazing no matter how old she was in this picture. However, wearing a Giorgio Armani doesn't guarantee awesomeness. Tina passes away in May 2023, leaving behind her a legacy.
Find More Feathers!
You can see this bride’s sense of humor from the smile on her face. Then you take in the rest of the picture, and you learn a lot more about her. You learn that she loves the color pink, accessories, and of course, feathers.
You can also learn that she has gone a bit over the top with her dress design and that she obviously missed the lesson in school when they taught what a wedding gown should look like.
Not Everything Works
Claudia Schiffer, you are stunning. Not that you need us to tell you that. That being said, this dress is nothing to get married in. Back in the early 1990s, the fashion world was breaking boundaries, as seen here.
Her breasts are overexposed, and the headpiece is supposed to give a delicate and innocent touch, however, with legs like hers, how innocent could this be?
Something Blue
"Why do you wear blue?", "It will bring out my blue eyes!" "But a traditional wedding dress should be white, and they will see your beautiful blue eye anyway." "I don't care, I am wearing blue."
And so ends the story of the young bride, who didn't listen to anyone but herself and wore a blue dress on her wedding day. What happens next? We will have to wait and see.
Do You See Me?
Most brides want to stand out at their weddings, but it looks like this one is all about blending in. Maybe she has a military background, maybe she believes camouflage and matching patterned uniforms and dresses will never go out of style.
So many maybes, and only one thing for sure. We can come to terms with the choice of dress and color this bride chose, but wearing a military uniform on your big day doesn't mean you can't wear a smile too.
Next Level Ready
We love Christian Dior. We love almost every they come up with. However, when it comes to wedding dresses, maybe they should refresh their ideas.
We still don't understand the purpose of the skin-colored piece of fabric on the top part. Was the dress meant to look as if it was falling off of her? Whatever the intention was, it didn't work.
The Queen Mother
Brides go with flowers, and flowers go with brides, but what happens when the designer goes a bit over the top and puts too much focus on the flowers? This is what happens.
If you clean the colored splashes and focus on the dress's design, it's overall a good execution. However, even Claudia Schiffer couldn't make this look any better.
Is There a Part Missing?
Almost two decades ago, Alexander McQueen for Givenchy came up with this design for the 2000 spring-summer collection. We wish we knew what went through their heads at the time. Who is this meant for and wear would she wear it to, because no bride we know would consider marrying in this.
